We’re excited to host our second Perth Modest Thrift Club Winter Market, and are now taking applications for sellers.

Who Can Apply to Sell?

Pre‑Loved clothing sellers - gently worn clean clothing that deserves a new owner to make more wear out of. (Multiple sellers allowed per stall, eg. Share space with a friend)

Small Businesses - hand made, independently designed, or curated brand new products from local small businesses.

Services - a service based business that is able to provide on the spot, eg. Tooth gems, henna art, colour analysis, teeth whitening, etc.

Modest Thrift Club is a curated event, therefore limited sellers will be selected per category to ensure a balanced mix and the best sales opportunity for each vendor. For example, only one or a small number of similar services and brands will be approved.

STALL PRICES

  • Small stall (2x2m) $100
  • Medium stall (3x2m) $150
  • large stall (4x3m) $200


Stalls can be shared with friends - just let us know when applying.
APPLY TO BE A SELLER

Condition Requirements (all items must be..)

- Clean with no stains or odours
- non damaged in wearable condition
- ironed and presented nicely

Not allowed:
- Damaged counterfeit items
- non-modest inappropriate clothing 
- offensive prints/messages

Each seller must:

- Bring own set up racks/tables
- provide own hangers/displays
- display items neatly and labelled with pricing
- stay for full event duration (no pack up 10 minutes before end of event)
- arrive on designated set up time
- pack down and empty from venue within allocated time

Pricing of your items
- Encourage customers to buy with reasonable pricing
- no aggressive selling behaviour or auction style selling
- each customer must pay at your stall before leaving

Seller behaviour policy

All vendors are expected to act respectfully and maintain professional conduct towards customers, fellow sellers, and event organisers. Please be mindful of noise levels and ensure your stall setup does not obstruct walkways or shared spaces. All instructions provided by the organisers must be followed. Any activities or arrangements made without prior approval will not be permitted. Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave the venue.


Seller Responsibility & Sales Disclaimer

Sellers are solely responsible for the sale of their items at Modest Thrift Club. The event organisers do not guarantee sales, revenue, or profit, and cannot be held liable for any financial loss incurred. Success at the market will depend on factors such as the quality of merchandise, pricing, presentation, and customer engagement provided by each seller.

While we actively promote the event through marketing efforts and paid advertising to attract attendees, we cannot guarantee a specific number of visitors.


Venue Care & Damages

By purchasing a stall space at Modest Thrift Club, sellers agree to take full responsibility for any damage caused to the venue, including floors, walls, or fixtures, during setup, trading hours, or pack down. Any costs associated with repair, cleaning, or restoration resulting from damage caused by a vendor will be charged directly to the responsible seller.
